EDG-3.2.30 and EDG-3.2.30A crawler draglines are
designed on the basis of EKG-5A serial crawler shovel .
The
excavators are intended for excavation of mineral products and overburden rocks
with stacking or loading to transport facilities at open mine workings.
The structural features of these models are as follows: separate direct current
drive of the main mechanisms of "generator-motor" type; planetary gearboxes of
rotary mechanism; motion drive with continues operation mode, lattice boom,
triple - tapered bucket with ground sticking elimination, availability of model
with widened crawler belts; swinging laying units and head unit; separate
hermetic cab with vibroinsulated seat; high unification with EKG-5A base model.
