EGO-150
EGO-150 hydraulic shovel with
working equipment “backhoe” is designed on the basis of EG-150 shovel.
Owing to
special kinematics of the working equipment, the shovel can excavate rocks below
the floor level. The availability of lower digging provides effectiveness of
backhoe application when operating on watered faces, at opening of draining
trenches and dibholes. Loading of rocks to transport facilities may be performed
both for transport location below and above the floor level. At customer’s
request the main drive may be diesel or electric.
EGO-150 model reveals the
following structural features: EGO-150 is driven by two diesels
350 kW each. The main pumps are
of axial piston type, adjustable with pump capacity 915 cm3.
Complete-flow filtration in hydraulic system involves 6 filters with filtration
rating 10 μm and dicharge capacity 6x1000 l/min. The swing unit – two-stage
planetary with forced circular lubrication. The crawler mounting – multi-support
with track roller balancing. The crawler frame is of welded box structure of
high strength and rigidity. The dipper, boom and stick are made of high-strength
steel.
