ESH 11.75
The draglines
are used in open pit mining (coal, shale, ferrous and nonferrous metal ores,
gold, raw materials for chemical industry and refractories, etc.)
They are
designed for stripping overburden either into the mined-out space or to the pit
side. High-production and reliable machines operating in
all areas of open pit mining at
the ambient temperature from plus 40°C to minus 40°C. The boom is of three-edged
tubular structure with preliminary cable-braced upper chord. The support frame
and the revolving frame having sections joint with high-strength bolts with
factory installed ring gear sectors and roller disk rails. ESH 11.75 - is a
four-link crank-articulated propel mechanism with d.c. drive. Lifting and crowd
winches with reels are installed in cantilever on output shafts of gearboxes.
Swing mechanism with two planetary gearboxes. Swing gear and bearing assembly
with cylindrical rollers and circular rails rolled of R.R. rail. Automatic
lubricating system of swing units and semi-automatic lubrication of mechanisms.
Main mechanisms have d.c. motor drives of "generator-motor" type with excitation
of electrical machines from static thyristor converters. The control system has
semiconductor element and operational amplifier base. Micropocessor-based
information and analyzing system allows to check the dragline productivity,
energy consumption, setting parameters, charge, availability of ventilation flow
in electrical machines, temperature of bearings and excitation windings. The
electrical machines and control system are specially designed for operation in
draglines.
