ESH 25.90
ESH 25.90 dragline is designed for stripping overburden in open pit mining (coal, shale, ferrous and nonferrous metal ores, gold, raw materials for chemical industry and refractories, etc.) at the ambient temperature from minus 40°C to plus 40°C. ESH 25.90 dragline is a full-revolving machine with hydraulic propel mechanism and working dragline facilities with 25 m3 bucket and boom length 90 m. The boom is of three-edged tubular structure with preliminary cable-braced upper chord. The support frame and the revolving frame have sections joint with high-strength bolts, machined in assembly for installation of ring gear and roller disk rails. Hydraulic three-support propel mechanism with two lifting and two traction cylinders. Lifting and crowd winches with changeable ring gears of reel block. Swing mechanism with four two-stage planetary gearboxes. Swing gear and bearing assembly with conical rollers and forged rails. Automatic and semi-automatic system for lubrication of mechanisms. Information and analyzing system for checking of productivity, setting parameters and diagnostics of electrical machines and control systems.
