Drilling Rigs
Drilling rigs are used for drilling blastholes in rocks when extracting
minerals by open-pit mining. Drilling rigs are equipped with roomy cabins,
providing good field of view for operator and guaranteeing safety if affected by
external factors (noise, vibration, dust, light, temperature). Main
technological parameters of drilling are reflected on color linear scales and
digital indicator (drilling depth, rotation frequency for drilling flight,
haulage pull, spinner engine load, sinking speed).
Drilling rigs are delivered in combination with electrical equipment of 6000 V
and current frequency of 50 hertz and wet dust suppression system. Additionally
rigs completed with cable drum, dry dust suppression instead of wet one, welding
transformer, portable radiator with 30 kilowatt capacity, lubrication system,
rods of heavy type. Constructional peculiarities, used materials, features of
main driving gears and compressor make our drilling rigs the most reliable and
productive for heavy work conditions.
